3. User Accounts and Eligibility

11. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to:

2. Attempt good-faith negotiations for 30 days
3. Participate in mediation if direct negotiation fails

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in the state of Missouri, United States.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and AI & Seek individually. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

12. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. We may also terminate your account for any reason with 30 days' notice.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our platform ceases immediately. We may delete your account and associated data, though some information may be retained for legal or technical reasons.

13. Modifications to Terms
